We accept all major credit cards via PayPal as forms of payment.

You will receive an email confirmation of your order with an order number for reference.

We reserve the right refuse service to any customer.

Items are usually shipped within 5 business days of receiving your order.

Items on backorder will be shipped as soon as they become available.

Your credit card will not be charged for backordered items until they are shipped.

SHIPPING:

During the year we ship regular Ground Service (unless quick ship is requested).

We accept a return only for damaged merchandise and exchanges.

Exchanges may be made when items are returned in new condition with 15 days.

Contact us for an exchange/return authorization number.

Requests for a refund on damaged goods will be credited to your account. Refunds will be issued to the original card used to make the purchase.

Exchanges/returns must be made within 15 days of purchase and must include a copy of the invoice and packing slip and in the original packaging.

The sender must pay all shipping charges.
